Building Success in the Classroom and Beyond
Saint Joseph Academy is committed to leading the way with technology. From our infrastructure to our classrooms, students have access to the most relevant systems and technology used in today’s universities and corporate environments. As part of this, each student has her own Chromebook laptop for learning and accessing resources both on and off campus, including access to the Saint Joseph Academy Student Portal.
The Academy also offers creative technology options for enriching students’ digital learning environments. From virtual reality and mixed reality software to Mac laptops to maker equipment, students have access to a wide range of tools for individual and class exploration, design, innovation and discovery.

Howley Makerspace Innovation Lab
This 4,800 square foot collaborative space is where all students are encouraged to create, invent and explore using a variety of materials and tools, as well as combine subject matter such as science, math, design, World Languages and English. Its features include 14 3D printers, two laser cutters/engravers, two routers, two vinyl cutters, a clean room plasma cutter (CRP), digital cameras, a green screen and much more. -
3D & MR Anatomy Tools
As a college preparatory high school, Saint Joseph Academy continuously looks to provide its students with the latest advanced technology to foster learning and help them thrive in their academic careers. Now, students have two unique digital learning tools usually found only at the collegiate level to study anatomy and physiology - the HoloAnatomy® Software Suite and Anatomage Table.

Creative Technology Tools
As a learning institute, the Academy maintains many technology tools that enrich students’ digital learning environment, comprised of a wide range of creative technology tools for individual and class exploration, design, innovation and discovery, including:- 48 iMacs with the full Creative Cloud Suite
- 25 MacBook Pros for classroom projects
- 25 MacBook Pros for long-term loan to students
- 2 Cintiq tablets

Each classroom features the latest technology in interactive SMART Boards, providing access to online resources and integrating with other technology. -
Nazareth Library
The award-winning Nazareth Library is home to an abundance of resources and databases that can be accessed anytime needed. In addition, more than 7,000 eBooks are available to students. -
Chromebook Academy
Chromebook Academy is online training through Google Classroom designed to familiarize new students with their Chromebook laptop. During the training, students have various assignments to complete, such as viewing a presentation or reading Saint Joseph Academy technology policies.
