Bridget Mullen '25

Accomplishments: Over the summer, Bridget participated in the Academy’s Dominican Republic Service Trip.
“I wanted to participate in this trip because I wanted more experience serving communities in need, and I also wanted to get out of my comfort zone,” Bridget shared.

Bridget shared this reflection of the trip: “My favorite part was most definitely interacting with the young children. Despite the language barrier between us and them, their faces lit up every single time we entered their villages. Playing games with them and attempting to converse with them with the little Spanish we knew brought so much laughter and joy to everyone in our group. It was so great to spend time with them while also getting to help with their living situations.”

Activities and Interests: At Saint Joseph Academy, Bridget is an Academy Ambassador, a member of the Health Sciences Honors Program, National Honor Society, a leader of the Environmental Club and a member of the Cross Country and Indoor and Outdoor Track teams.

What is your favorite part about being a member of the Saint Joseph Academy community?: "My favorite part of being in the SJA community is the amount of opportunities the school has. It makes me feel like I can be whoever I want to be. There are so many service trips, clubs, sports, and other activities that are inclusive to everyone and it allows people to explore their interests and makes them feel like they are really a part of the community."

Future Career Plans: Bridget plans to major in Health Science or Psychology in college.
