KSU “Arts Without Limits” Program Provides Career Insights
On Wednesday, October 8, students in Advanced Placement (AP) Studio Art, Art III, 3D Design and Ceramics attended Kent State University’s “Arts Without Limits,” a day-long program focusing on arts entrepreneurship.
Students participated in presentations and workshops around Fashion, Art, Theatre, Dance, and Music.
Visual Arts Teacher and Department Chair Mrs. Tammy Sparks organized the field trip. "It's important for students to have the opportunity to experience student life on college campuses in order to discover what they may be looking for," Mrs. Sparks shared. "The "Arts without Limits" was a great opportunity for students to walk the beautiful campus of Kent State University while participating in a variety of workshops teaching them about possible programs, careers, and opportunities in creative fields. Students greatly enjoyed the diversity of the activities we participated in."
