Francesca Jelovich '25
Accomplishments: Francesca recently competed in The Cheerleading Worlds 2024 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida.
Francesca competed with the Top Gun All Stars Royal Jags. Mia Hanley ’25 and Bridget Tipka ’27 are also members of the Royal Jags and competed with Francesca.
“Having the opportunity to compete at The Cheerleading Worlds means so much to me,” Francesca shared. “It is an amazing opportunity that teams from all around the globe get to participate in, and not everyone makes it to the cheerleading worlds, so the fact that my team got a bid just shows all of our hard work and dedication to the sport and it also shows our determination to move forward and do our best at the competition.
Francesca has been cheering for 13 years. This was Francesca’s first time competing at The Cheerleading Worlds. “I have been watching The Cheerleading Worlds ever since I was a little girl so the fact that I finally get to compete there myself is like a dream come true for me,” Francesca shared.
The Royal Jags placed 9th out of 26 teams in their division. “I am very proud of myself, my teammates and my team for all of their hard work we put in this season and it definitely paid off,” Francesca shared.
