HSHP Alumnae Share Their College Experiences with Current HSHP Students
On Friday, January 5, alumnae/former students of the Health Honors Science Program (HSHP) at Saint Joseph Academy recently returned to their “dear alma mater” to share their valuable experiences with our current HSHP students.
The occasion, marked by an alumnae brunch held in the Auditorium, brought together past and present members of the program. Founding members of HSHP's advisory board, Cheryl Hagan O'Malley '77 and Deborah Ghazoul-Mills '79, were also in attendance.
The HSHP alumnae, Cheryl and Deborah generously offered insights and advice to the eager audience, touching on topics such as working in healthcare, navigating college life and initiating a successful career. Their presence not only fostered a sense of connection between generations of HSHP students, but also provided invaluable guidance for those currently charting their paths in the field of health sciences.
