The Alumnae Office and the Health Sciences Honors Program (HSHP) partnered to host a dinner for healthcare alumnae, creating a space for meaningful connection, mentorship, and shared experiences.
This gathering not only allowed alumnae to reconnect with one another but also provided an opportunity for them to engage with current students of HSHP, one of Saint Joseph Academy’s Distinguished Programs, who aspire to enter the healthcare field. Through shared conversation over dinner, students gained firsthand insight into the diverse paths available in healthcare, the challenges and rewards of the profession, and the wisdom of those who have walked this journey before them.
Bringing alumnae back to campus is essential in fostering a strong, self-sustaining community, one where support and inspiration can thrive! Whether through events like this, guest speaking opportunities, or more informal gatherings, we look forward to continuing to welcome our healthcare alumnae home to share their expertise and experiences. A special highlight of the evening was a sweet treat from Keke’s Kokos, a Cleveland-based, homemade, dairy-free chocolate company owned and operated by Saint Joseph Academy and HSHP alumna Kathleen Loftus ‘16.
